In today’s world, anxiety and depression are becoming more prevalent. It often feels like the world is in a state of chaos. Everywhere we turn, we see more and more discouraging scenes, and pundits and politicians struggle to provide answers. Despite all of this, there is hope for those who feel disheartened. By learning to see beyond the prevailing negativity, we can discover a path to hope, an avenue through which we can develop lasting habits to keep our minds healthy. These sessions will delve deeply into the sources of hope and the healthy resources surrounding us.
