Description

King Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s successor, holds a blasphemous feast, using the sacred vessels from the Jerusalem temple. During the feast, a mysterious hand writes a message on the wall. Daniel interprets it, predicting the fall of Babylon. That very night, Babylon is overthrown by the Medes and Persians, and Belshazzar is killed.
