The Laver. Made in the wilderness from the “looking glasses” or mirrors of the women, this article of cleansing was one of the most frequently used articles in the sanctuary. What was it’s purpose, and what meanings for the plan of salvation can we find in it? In this lecture we explore not only its Old Testament construction and use, but also the New Testament application of it.
