Description
The most prolific author of the New Testament, the Apostle Paul, names Abraham as the “Father of all those who believe.” Undoubtedly this is referring to spiritual lineage, with his spiritual descendants reflecting his character and life choices.
After several missed opportunities earlier in life to demonstrate unstinting obedience, Abraham receives the greatest test of his life. How he faithfully listens and obeys gives an example for those living in the last days.
