With a Master's degree in Youth Ministry he has served as a youth and also a senior pastor.

Alden's spirit-grown Wheel Salt Ministry, is based in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He devotes his time serving and reaching out to youth and young adults, in the US, Canada and around the world.

He and his wife, Lyne, have been married for 20 years. They have three children; Austin is 19, and their twins, Lauren & Madison are 12 years old.
