With many new users coming to AudioVerse to listen to the audio Bibles, we wanted to make sure the experience was first class. To accomplish that, we’ve spent some time redesigning the user experience for our audio Bibles. To check out what’s changed, please download the new mobile app on the Google Play or Apple App Store today. (The new audio Bible experience will roll out on the website and mobile browser soon!)

The biggest new change is a completely revamped navigation system that lets you start listening within just a few taps. There is now a grid navigation view that allows you to see the entire Bible on a single screen and lets you find the exact chapter you want with no scrolling at all. There is also a list navigation view for those who prefer to see the full names of the books of the Bible instead of abbreviations. These two options replace the previous navigation system that required a lot more tapping and scrolling to get where you’re trying to go. We want to get people into the Word as quickly and easily as possible!

We’ve also added the ability to switch between Bible versions quickly and easily. Now you can listen to any Bible version of a chapter without leaving the player! Just look for the quick version toggle in the upper right.

You will also find that we recently added the WEB (World English Bible) version to our collection, and we are uploading new books to the AudioVerse KJV Bible as we complete them. Both are available in the new app now as well.

More to Come

We are working on new features to come in the new year for the audio Bible that you can look forward to:

• History section specific to your Bible listening history.
• Bible text that displays while you listen—and that follows along, karaoke style!
• More dramatized narrations in certain translations.
• More versions of the Bible in English and other languages.

The AI Bible Project

But the biggest update yet to come is the integration of our content library as an intelligent commentary to the audio Bible.
