There are few things more powerful than having a word of Scripture for just the right occasion at just the right time. This can only happen if we have made the effort to memorize Scripture before those moments come. But if you’re like me, you may find that your memory is like a sieve where verses I know today are easily forgotten by tomorrow. So what can we do to make it easier for us to hide God’s Word in our hearts?

Unsurprisingly, the Spirit of Prophecy gives us just the tool:

As the children of Israel, journeying through the wilderness, cheered their way by the music of sacred song, so God bids His children today gladden their pilgrim life. There are few means more effective for fixing His words in the memory than repeating them in song. And such song has wonderful power. It has power to subdue rude and uncultivated natures; power to quicken thought and to awaken sympathy, to promote harmony of action, and to banish the gloom and foreboding that destroy courage and weaken effort. - Ed 167.5

So taking this suggestion from Inspiration seriously, we are happy to announce the launch of Scripture Songs on AudioVerse!

Moreover, we know that many of our users have musical talents and may wish to contribute their own Scripture song compositions to the library. Scripture Singer is our partner that will handle any Scripture song submissions where approved songs can be featured on both platforms. New Story Tract: "Forgiven"

Another exciting announcement is the release of our latest Journeys Unscripted story tract. This newest one entitled “Forgiven” is Dianne Wagner’s story of her journey with God after suffering the traumatic consequences of an abortion in her youth. You will be blessed with this inspiring story of the Lord’s healing grace after a painful past.
